House Trinkets #2 🐌

I’ve always loved motivational quotes. Growing up, I had a whole Pinterest board full of my favorites, and there were definitely times I would go back and read through them when I needed a little motivation.

If I found a really good one, chances are I was sending it to a friend or sharing it on my personal social media too. So finding one on a little vintage piece that I could actually keep in our house made me love it even more.

A tiny snail with a little encouragement

“You never fail until you stop trying.”

It’s this tiny little vintage wall hanging, small enough to fit on one of the miniature shelves in our house, with the cutest little snail and a saying I really love.

I think the snail fits the saying perfectly too. You can slow down. You can take your time. You can have days where you don’t get as far as you wanted to. None of that means you’re giving up.

A few words worth keeping close

I’ve always liked surrounding myself with positive sayings for that reason. Sometimes it just feels good to have a few words somewhere in your house that you’ll see over and over, especially on the days you might need them a little more. 💜
