Let’s talk blue and white! There’s something about these two colors that always makes us stop and look a little longer.

Blue and white never really seems to belong to just one era. We keep finding new ways to love it, from a cupboard full of dishes to a favorite quilt draped by the door.

A classic that feels like home

This one is extra special to us. Our Grandma Carol has collected blue and white since we were little. We grew up seeing it throughout her home, so long before we knew anything about vintage, we knew blue and white.

Maybe that’s why this combination feels so familiar. It brings us right back to the things we grew up around and the people who helped us notice them.

Two colors. So many possibilities.

While pulling these pictures together, we loved seeing how much variety can exist within just two colors. Patterned bowls, rolling pins, little ceramic shoes, quilts, and shelves full of favorite pieces all have their own personality.

Nothing has to match perfectly. Different patterns, shades, and ages can sit together beautifully. A collection can feel connected without every piece looking the same.

We also love the little ideas tucked into these photos. A bowl becomes a home for miniature trees. Plates become a wreath. A few favorite cups make an everyday coffee corner feel special.
